How do I order?
We recommend that you call 1.800.880.8736, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time, to talk to one of our resource consultants. This way, we can be certain we understand exactly what you need, verify that we have the material in stock, and determine when you need the materials. You can also order directly online. Just go to the page of the product you are interested in and you shop directly from that page. You can also go to the quick shop page and order everything from one page.
When will my order ship? How long will it take to receive my order?
Ninenty-nine percent of all in-stock resources are shipped on the same day you place the order if it is before 4:30 p.m. CT. All orders place after 4:30 p.m. CT will ship the following business day.
Our normal shipment method to the contiguous 48 states is FedEx Ground with delivery within two to five business days after the order is processed. Expedited shipping options and U.S. Postal Service shipment, including A.P.O. addresses, are available at an additional charge.
For special-screened journal covers, allow two weeks after your order is placed and your artwork is approved by us in writing before shipment. Call for rush options and charges. (Click here for more information on screen covers.)
Can I return unused materials?
In most cases you can return up to ten percent of your order within thirty days of your original order. Please call 817.295.1000 or 1.800.880.8736 to get an RA (return authorization) and return shipping instructions. We cannot issue credit for damaged, used, or out-dated materials. Be certain to pack your return carefully. Special screened covers and customized T-shirts are not returnable.
What are my payment options?
New customers and individuals may pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, C.O.D. (with additional charge), or advance check (call first). Churches and ministries with approved accounts may be invoiced by mail with payment due ten days after receipt of materials or pay by credit card. Texas customers for whom we do not have a tax exemption form will be billed sales tax. Most media equipment must be prepaid before shipment. Call for details on payment options.
What is a DiscipleNow weekend?
DiscipleNow is a unique concept of dividing students into small groups that meet in homes. Groups of seven to twelve, divided by age, usually work best. For example, if your group has 35 students, you might choose three homes and place two grade levels of students in each home. Then you would select three leaders to come and teach for a Friday through Sunday emphasis. Some churches use their own members to each in the homes; however, it is especially effective to use local youth workers for fresh insights.
Leaders are encouraged to spend one-on-one time with each student during the weekend. Research shows that DiscipleNow is one of the most effective formats for spiritual impacts on students. Its strength comes from the relational aspects.
A common format for DiscipleNow is:
• Thursday night—a welcome banquet where students meet their leader
• Friday night—DiscipleNow officially begins in the homes, and the first two
sessions are taught
• Saturday morning—Sessions 3 and 4 are taught
• Saturday afternoon—organized recreation with student teams competing in
sports and games or a service project
• Saturday night—Sessions 5 and 6 are taught
• Sunday morning—entire group attends Sunday school rally and church together
• Sunday afternoon—closing session or share time (sometime Session 6 is used
here and only Session 5 is taught on Saturday night)
• Sunday night—commitment service and share time with the entire church

These books may be used in any order, since they are neither topical nor dated. A new book is released each year. See our devotional page for more information.

How can I use your material?
Our curriculum can be used for weekly Bible study, DNows, camps and retreats. If using weekly, sessions can be divided into two weeks (giving you twelve weeks from a six session curriculum). Our devotional and evangelism resources can be used all year long in all aspects of your ministry.
